You're purchasing your spot as a vendor for the car show which will be September 26th 10am - 4pm. Signing up early help us out as day of show price is $60 instead of $40 each vendor which is the standard 10×10 space. Additional spaces can be purchased. Everyone will get a participation plaque for coming because you make this possible. Yes, we spend our own money on these and each and everything else needed to advertise this show to make this possible as well.
We want as many vendors as possible for this event as it makes for a better experience for all. Hoping we get enough for a great show. I’m thinking we can get roughly 60 vendors on this site. Please understand that it has limited electrical outlets and water source. So please bring a generator and a water source for safety. The setting is a local park called Rand Park and there will be a map you can see to navigate to the location on this website. Park has shade trees and grass to set up on for the show.
When you show up bring your form that you filled out and receipt for proof of purchase and quicker entry. If you show up the day of the show, please bring form and cash to the check in tent and an associate will walk you through the process. “This will require getting out of the vehicle” We hope to have food vendors, craft vendors, auto parts vendors and accessories and have either a band or a DJ. Last year the DJ backed out the day before, so I did all that.
Once again, we appreciate each and every one who attends and makes this a great show and keep it growing.
